Spelling Manor $old For $110 Million ... To Former Google CEOnnFormer Google CEO Eric Schmidt purchased Aaron Spelling’s legendary Los Angeles mansion, known as ‘The Manor,’ for $110 million—$55 million below its original $165 million asking price. The 56,500-square-foot French chateau-style estate features 14 bedrooms, 27 bathrooms, a bowling alley, wine cellar, and luxury spa facilities. Located in Holmby Hills near the Playboy Mansion, the property slightly exceeds the size of the White House. Schmidt’s family plans to use it for nonprofit events and meetings while maintaining it as a single-family residence. The sale reflects a cooling luxury real estate market in California, impacted by recent wildfires and economic shifts.
