The ‘Spider-Man’ actor seeks both legal and physical custody of their teenage son, nine years after the couple initially separated. Maguire’s filing indicates the former couple has a prenuptial agreement and asks that child support and spousal support matters be resolved through private mediation. The divorce has progressed slowly since Meyer first filed in 2020, though she has since moved on and become engaged to billionaire heir Geoffrey Ogunlesi. The former couple’s daughter Ruby turned 18 in late 2024, eliminating custody considerations for their older child.
