Son to leave Tottenham this summer after 10 yearsnnTottenham captain Son Heung-min has announced he will leave the club this summer after 10 years, describing it as the most difficult decision of his career. The 33-year-old South Korean forward, who joined Spurs in 2015, confirmed the news during Tottenham’s pre-season tour in Seoul. Son may make his final appearance for the club in a friendly against Newcastle in South Korea on Sunday. He leaves after captaining Tottenham to Europa League glory in May 2025 and scoring 173 goals in 454 appearances. Son is reportedly in advanced negotiations to join MLS side Los Angeles FC.
